What your team provides
- Your existing or agreed document template
- Representative files you are allowed to share
- Business rules and examples of a correct result
- A reviewer and a baseline for time or quality
HOW WE DELIVER
We turn one repeated task into a saved Skill using your company's template and rules. A controlled pilot shows whether the results work for your team.
FROM FIRST CONTACT TO DAILY USE
Your team: Show us where work repeats and what a good result looks like.
zenfai: Define the input, output, reviewer and what the pilot should prove.
Your team: Provide an approved template, example files and the rules your team follows.
zenfai: Configure a reusable Skill with the agreed format, checks and missing-information rules.
Your team: Review results from controlled files and flag what needs to change.
zenfai: Run a 30-day pilot and compare preparation time, corrections and result quality.
Your team: Choose whether the work is useful enough to keep, improve or stop.
zenfai: Agree the ongoing setup, support and delivery readiness before rollout.
There is no need to design a new template for every file. We agree and save it during configuration, then test with representative inputs.
EVERYDAY USE
The intended experience keeps instructions on the left and files and results alongside. Saved templates handle the format; your team handles the decisions.
Check source details and exceptions before sending a document. Technical suitability, pricing, terms and customer commitments stay with the responsible person.
When a required detail is missing or contradictory, the task needs clarification. It must not invent the answer.
The planned delivery is a customized desktop assistant with Sales, Customer Service and Operations. Your company materials, templates and Skills are configured for the work you agree.
The web workspace shows prepared synthetic samples. It lets you inspect the intended file-to-result experience now. Desktop installation and live processing have separate readiness checks.
AFTER THE PILOT
Review the evidence together. Continue, improve the setup, agree another task or stop. Ongoing support and desktop delivery are scoped separately.
